Just found some termite sand under a skylight! Has anyone ever used a company that uses orange oil to treat? Please let me know...

No, but borax works great! You need to locate the tiny kick-out hole from which the powder (frass) has fallen, then inject borax powder solution dissolved in water. I used a plastic squeeze bottle to which i could attach a tiny plastic straw of the type used for example on WD-40 lubricant. If the kick-out hole is a little too small you can drill it out to fit the straw. The termite larva will wallow in the borax and pass it on to all the others, and die. I don't think you need professional help unless the infestation is just too widespread.
