We're introducing a new category today: Health & Wellness. I think this can be a great resource for our community as well as way for our many gifted healers to share some of their expertise.

I've moved some relevant existing threads into this category to start with.

If you have health question and would like some locally sourced support for it, please consider posting it there, or perhaps, in time, you'll find the information you want has already been posted.
