Scalia: "It doesn't matter if an innocent man is executed."

He doesn't think executing an innocent man matters. How on earth can such a depraved human be on our Supreme Court?

I thought the usual thinking/saying was "Better to let 100 guilty men go free than imprison one innocent one." Guess Scalia doesn't subscribe to moral thinking.

or has a different moral code. The definition of 'usual' requires context; it doesn't mean 'universal'.

Yes, but a quote is a quote and a folk saying is a folk saying."There are more things in heaven and earth , Horatio, than are dreamt of in your philosophy," That is the usual or universal quote. It is the quote. Ah, you are getting caught in semantics again. You surely knew what I meant. I was not more precise previously because I couldn't remember if it was 10, 100 or 1000 men.

    Meanie.
