"9/11 was perpetrated by our own government."

There is no shortage of crackpots in this country. I wonder if this guy is a Libertarian or a Tea Partier.

A 9/11 Truther Crashed Super Bowl Press Conference (VIDEO)

One man apparently didn't want to hear from the Most Valuable Player of Super Bowl XLVIII after the Seattle Seahawks' dominant win. A 9/11 truther interrupted the postgame press conference of Seattle's Malcolm Smith. The linebacker was addressing the media when an unidentified man grabbed the microphone and said "9/11 was perpetrated by our own government."

But, Edward, 911 WAS obviously perpetrated by our own government. I am not a Libertarian or a Tea Partier, so I guess by your definition I must be a crackpot. And yes, there is no shortage of us in this country!

Thanks Arthurr, his post needed that response.

Edward, can you clearly explain.. or at least list all the major arguments on both sides of the 911 issue? Or, like choice E in the quiz haven't you really investigated because you are already sure only loonies, nutjobs... and crackpots would think this subject has any substance? If that's true, you have the company of many willing to take the time to show disdain, but not the time to honestly weigh the facts.

How many hateful comments and critical resistance did civil rights supporters endure before countless bold moves by people who knew they were right finally made change?

My opinion - finally a real hero at the superbowl. Fearless, willing to be bold and take the consequences.

    True. Unfortunately, they're a majority.

They are also known as war crime enablers, useful idiots, or Bush/Obama voters.

They seem to take pride in being complicit to mass murder, and supportive of a dictator who boasts of his ability to drone bomb anyone, any time, anywhere.

    Sad...
