Can anyone recommend an alternative company? I use computer, tv, and phone. Originally, it was $99 for the "bundle" but it's now about $160 a month, and I can't afford it.

I've been a fan of Directv for the past 12 years, but like cable rates, satellite services have been increasing as well. They're still a little cheaper than Comcast, which has lousy customer service.
Sonic.net is a great local provider of internet service and their customer service is very good. I hope this helps.

Here in Southwest Santa Rosa we can pick up all of the good Bay area TV stations for free with a good quality digital antenna. This may not work in all areas, but it's worth looking into.
