You have got to be kidding me with your

While you do have the right to prevent Efren from showing up to court in his underwear, you do not have the authority to disregard the 1st amendment of The Constitution. You cannot "forbid" peaceful demonstrations.

Judge Chouteau you should be ashamed of yourself for attempting to deny The People's right to free speech.

Isn't the good Judge up for election in the Fall? I suspect that is not going to go well for him....

    Dear Judge Chouteau,

My sympathies. Democracy is such a messy business--slovenly riff-raff showing up in the wrong places at all the wrong times loudly declaring their opinions, disrupting the majestic deliberations of your court.

Your rules are certainly a step in the right direction, but they don't go far enough. A $1500 fine is not sufficient to deter these troublemakers. Repeat offenders should face serious jail time--at the very least. Only when we show our determination to maintain law and order will democracy be brought to heil--excuse me, to heel.

    Sincerely,
    Adolph H (ghost)
