Honoring Charlotte Anna Molinari

There is so much wrong with Charlotte Molinari's obituary in the Press Democrat, and with the "Reporter" I don't know where to begin. The task of doing that is, beyond torture.


This problem; the deliberate omission, and misrepresentation of facts by the Press Democrat; is epidemic.


The truth has been raped. Charlotte's avoidable death, remains not fully investigated.


Her justice, and mine; have been raped.


Please help me solve these crimes; and make a monument to honor her memory, and commitment to peace, with a recycled art statute in a peace park.


I am planning a musical memorial on her 16th birthday, May 16th. Please let me know if you want to get involved.

I encourage everyone to pray for Charlotte, and her loved ones, where Charlotte attended. I, and perhaps her brother Jesse, will be at the Center for Spiritual Living's Sunday service at 11:30. Please say hello if you are there.

Pollution Prevention Puppet Show
Charlotte and I co-created this community watershed program with the Graton Community Projects. We put it on with her 5^th grade class at Oak Grove Elementary School, and during Graton Day, as well as, the Graton Variety Show. I recently brought it out to the Occupy Sebastopol events in the Plaza. It brought me great joy to see young children take right to it; and produce their own version of watershed protection.

Now I'd like to get a grant to reproduce this, in all classrooms, and environmental education programs. We have the Grant Writer, and template grant submission, just need further financial assistance.

Charlotte's Law

All victims, witnesses, & suspects in sexual assault get a polygraph test as part of the investigation.

Teenage runaways, when found by police; are to be returned to parents, after parents have been screen for abuse; or taken to a legal guardian, or substance abuse treatment center; and given mental health support, as needed.
Runaways, when there is evidence of depression, and suicide, the homes are to be searched for immediately in all cases. The homes of the runaway must be immediately treated as a crime scenes, and secured.

Judges cannot deny a family member's request, for an Emergency Doctor's requirement for a psychiatric evaluation, after evidence of a child's cutting of their wrist; and the child's willingness to be evaluated, and enter the Teen counseling group her Kaiser ER Doctor offered. Charlotte Molinari was denied this right by: Judge Jim Bertolli; her father, John Molinari; and his attorney Mr. Bleeker, and our court Mediator, Dan Chester in December of 2010.

Charlotte's life from then until now has been hell, for her and me. I do not want one more person to be hurt by those responsible for her loss of life.

Please help me honor her, in getting help for everyone who cries out for it.

My understanding is that polygraphs are fairly easy to fool and have so many errors of both types (false positives and false negatives), that they're virtually useless. Unfortunately, there is no magical way to know whether someone is lying with any substantial degree of certainty, AFAIK.

Polygraph trivia: The modern polygraph (or at least the systolic blood pressure test used in an attempt to detect deception, which became one component of the polygraph) was invented by one William Moulton Marston, who also invented Wonder Woman! The connection is this: Wonder Woman has a magic lasso and when she lassos you with it you cannot tell a lie.

When there are so many corrupt, and incompetent law enforcement officials; I want all the tools possible to convict rapists; why don't you?

Humans are more fallible than machines; not everyone can lie well. Had Charlotte's father been forced to take a polygraph and face the judge; she would still be here. Now our community remains at risk from this sick man. Comfortable with that Dixon?

This rapist did not go to court because the DA wants a good record of convictions. John Charles Molinari was not good at lying to the judge during our 2003 family law hearing. More on that later.

Community - I need you more than ever. We are not safe from the risks of corrupt: law enforcement, judges, elected officials & staff, and an unconvicted rapist. Please help me fix these things.

Colleen, I know you're bereaved right now and don't want to argue with you--but that's really unfair, to characterize me as being comfortable with the depredations of rapists because I point out the uselessness of something you see as a tool. My point is that the polygraph is probably NOT a useful tool for stopping rapists--unless your idea of a useful tool is one that lets lots of real rapists slip through the net while convicting lots of innocent people.
