    I like option of smallish (but well lit studio spaces), and larger ones to share...and wonder if they might be open for possible sales during open studios/other times...

    I think we all realize that this location presents opportunities and problems- It clearly is a HUB- where main highways intersect-
    as such it could be a site of transition of public/private...
