Due to the overwhelming number of responses and inquiries, I have decided to open a seperate Yahoo Wacco group entitled WestCoast-OnlineMoney, in order to not take any more focus from our local community board here at waccobb.net.

This new group will be an online community for Bay area residents who are making money online in their spare time and want to support each other in our collective ventures. Let's pool our research together and avoid the pitfalls of navigating this new industry.

As previously posted, this group will be a support community for anyone making money online or interested in making money online. Auctions, Estores, Online marketing, Google Adsearch, Paid-to-surf, Paid surveys... anything that is a legitimate business and proven to provide a legitimate income. Absolutely no spam or scams allowed or tollerated.

In addition, I will also try and cross-pollenate the conversation between WaccoTalk and WestCoast-OnlineMoney by posting pertinent online business related links that I see at WestCoast-OnlineMoney and more physical community related links here as well.

By the way, I'm setting this group up because I felt there was a pulse, here, at yahoo wacco and craigslist. While I do make a referral commission from 12daily, that is not my intention for sharing the information, despite what the skeptics say. I do not work for the company and I cannot make a recommendation to you about your finances one way or the other. I am not a professional. All I have attempted to do was share my experience with the community after being paid over 10 times since last October and now earning $4000/mo surfing 30 minutes a day online. I do not support your decision one way or the other and I am not responsible for what you do with your finances in any investment decision now or any other time in your life.

Tomcat is right, there are a lot of scams out there in the world. Both in the physical domain and on the internet. That is why I am starting this group, so that real people can talk to real people, in person or on-line, about various online business opportunities and ways that they are making a supplemental income. No Spam or Scams Allowed.

I invite all construcive conversations, research and legitimate online business opportunities on the new group WestCoast-OnlineMoney. I have done lots of research on Charis Johnson the Chief Admin of 12DailyPro and posted any found research there.

Believe me, I'm interrested in anyone proving to me that 12DailyPro is going to fold and not pay me . I have also been a skeptic, but, it has paid me over 10 times. Please, if anyone can send me legitimate research that I will not get paid in the next 20 day cycle, let me know. Tomcat is right, it will save me from losing the large principle investment I have built up, $6k, which I am currently earning a percentage of daily. My only personal fear, as with any invesment, is that the company may someday go bankrupt and not pay as consistently as it has 10 times over three and a half months. If I could see into time, I could not reinvest my money into the company after it has been sent to my online bank automatically and just keep the principle plus 44% profit....but then I wouldn't continue to make a profit of $2640 every 20 days by reinvesting the $6000 and earning 12% daily for 12 days and a 7 day payment processing period = 20 days for the $2640 Return on Investment.

I'm going to set this group up and then I'm done. I really don't want to sell this in any way, I've just wanted to share my experience. But, I'm starting to believe the old adage really is true: you can drag a horse to water, but you can't make it drink. I'll post a screen image of my next payment received from StormPay (like paypal) in a week or so.

1. Generally speaking, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.
2. The primary motivation in scams or cons is GREED.
3. There is no legitimate way that I know of for a company to make a 2,600% interest rate. Even drug deals don't produce rates like this. Someone might be able to do this with stocks if they got tommorws paper evey morning, but life isn't a television show.
4. If such an earning potential were legitimate, normal lenders (banks) would invest the money.
5. Income seems to be tied somehow to enlisting *friends*.


As I see it, it is proabably a new twist on a quite illegal pyrimid scheme. The "company" keeps running so long as new "investers" come in. You put your buck in and then enlist 10 people in 20 days. You get perhaps half of their bucks ($5) and wow! you've got a 500% ROI. The problem is that there are finite amount of suckers and at some point they run out. When this happens the whole thing crashes down. Now at that point the people at the top of the pyrimid have had the funds going to swiss bank accounts and the like and are already "on permament hoiday" in the camen islands. The vast majority at the bottom wonder where their savings went. The people in the middle that just bought a new Jag wonder why the FBI just frooze all their assets (from a jail cell).

Now I could be wrong. It's possible. I would like to hear regular reports from this guy each month as it's rather amusing. If he's still going in six months or a year, I won't shed a tear. I'l be happy for him and pleased with myself for sticking to my values.

Myself I invest in real companies and get real returns. If I ever invest in a 'get rich quick' scheme it's going to be one that I thought of, not one that someone is showing me how to be rich like them.

I'm not worried about it. I and WaccoBB.net in NO WAY endorses 12DailyPro. What's more there has been plenty of warnings and advice posted here with good reasons of why to be suspicous of this.

I am allowing this thread to continue as a public service so the community can be well informed about such "money making" schemes and share thoughts and opinions about it.

Thx for your post. I agree with much of what you and Tomcat have said, except that I don't see this industry as as a pyramid or a ponzi scheme. As I have posted I see it as a legitimate (albeit potenially risky) investment in a newly emerging industry.

If I in ANY way thought this was illegal, I would not recommend it. In fact, I don't necessarily recommend it. You need to decide for yourself. Tomcat is right, do not invest any money that you are not willing to lose. I have lost money in this industry (around $480 with another company) and have lost money in the stock market during the internet bubble burst, but I have been paid by 12dailypro for over 10 cycles. My experience is my experience.

If ANYONE has ANY legitimate research on 12dailypro and knows it is a scam, pyramid or ponzi, please let me know. I do not support or promote anything that is illegal. I have read all research sent to me and I have never found 12dailypro on any of the scam lists or warnings that anyone has sent me. If anyone has any hard research, please let me know. I seriously don't think this is an FBI issue, just type in 12dailypro into Google and read the links yourself, but please let me know if you find out anything adverse, so I can withdrawl my own investment.

If this post continues to slander 12daily without research backing it up, I would like the community's permission to remove the link from the board. I do not want to ruffle anyones feather and I don't want to take anyone for their money. Nor do I think this industry is an FBI issue. I was just posting my experience.

If anyone has any specific info, positive or negative, about 12dailypro, I welcome it on this post and on the new yahoo group. If the post does not have specific information about the company, please start a new thread that talks about pyramid schemes, ponzi schemes, HYIP...etc. I've seen and avoided many schemes in the past and I'm happy to converse about scams, but again, my research does not state that 12dailypro or its parent company are a scam in any way. Please let me know if your reseach proves or suggests otherwise.

So it's a wonderfull company, shrouded in secrecy. I did some more investigating and found this little blurb that mirrored what I found:

OK here goes: There IS no information on the Web Site except for the bit about being run by LIFECLICKS, LLC etc.

An examination of the Articles of incorporation: Lifeclicks LLC show a few interesting things:

The AGENT BRETT HUBBARD Also filed incorporation papers for 18 other corporations in the past three years all of which have two things in common: They all list Mr. Hubbard's Office as their Principal Address in the incorporation papers, AND they all name, Kevin Wessell, as the person acting as 'ORGANIZER' in the Incorporation Documents.

Shows that The corporation was officially formed on SEPTEMBER, 7th 2005.

12DailyPro was up and running WELL BEFORE Sep 7th.

Likeclicks, LLC is a special type of company called a 'Limited Liability Corporation', which means, in MR Wessell's own words:

"An LLC allows you to shield your assets from lawsuits, government agencies, and financial creditors.
Owners are shielded from legal liability.
Owners can manage the company without becoming liable for company financial obligations or legal liabilities."

Ok now I hope that you all understand this here: Lifeclicks did not exist when 12DP started it was created later for the sole purpose of acting as a shield between possible lawsuits and legal liabilities arising from the the actions of 12DP and Kevin Wessell, the man who is actually incharge of everything.

Mr Wessell is the owner of COMPANIES INCORPORATED of Santa Clara, CA.

Ok I REALLY REALLY want to make absolutely SURE that you all are paying attention here now cause this is really going to throw you for a loop.

Companies Incorporated owns the LifeClicks LLC Company and it also owns Another Company called OFFSHORE CORPORATION

This company specializes in the formation of offshore corporations, offshore bank accounts, offshore trusts, offshore merchant accounts and a whole bunch of other stuff all amounting to ways to keep your assets from being taken away from you to pay creditors. Now you remember Mr. Kevin Wessell, the guy calling all the shots, he has made up this BEAUTIFUL Brochure and if you follow that link you'll come to a rathey lenghty discussion of the benefits of Incorpoating on the Little Island of Nevis. THEY HAVE GOT EVERYTHING UP TO THE ULTIMATE "NEVIS COMPLETE MANAGEMENT PACKAGE" including corporation office set up fax lines off shore and swiss bank account set up , brokerage accounts, and even have a phone set up for your corporation and arrange for it to be answered by a receptionist during business hours---without you ever having to even set foot on the island.

Anyway that EGOLD LTD company that was such a pain in the ass and charged everybody those high service fees, guess what! By a strange coincidence they just happened to be situated on the the very same little bitty 5 by 7 mile island that the Kevin Wessell setting up for business on!!!

So I would just like to point out that even though Mr Wessell is very knowledgeable and experienced in the the world of banking and finance...well it look to me like he decided to see if he could scam you guys out of another few percent of your money, and for any of you who weren't able to make tranactions due to problems with the egold site and lost or forfeighted money you were supposed to get back, well maybe that wasn't just all bad luck...

Well you guys know who the actual person behind 12DP is now, you know that the Lifeclicks LLC is just a means of limiting Mr. Wessell's liability for anything that happens with 12DP, You also know that 12DP was doing business well before this shield was created, and you know that the guy in charge of it all just happens to be sharing a tiny island in the carribean with the same guy who runs Egold, and of course everyone can get the phone numbers and addresses to reach the guy who REALLY owns 12DP now...

I encourage you to get a hold of him loudly and often!! Tell him I said Hello. Lol

Thank you, again, Andrew. Awesome research! Much of it I have about Brett and whatnot, but you tied together the financial picture of LifeClicks and the underlying owner in a way that I could not quite see on my own.

This is so clearly a pyramid scheme, that it's hard to understand what the issue is. How is it NOT a ponzi scheme? What exactly are they paying you for, and what exactly are they paying you with? What value do you bring to the organization that they are compensating you for?

I don't attribute bad intentions to any of the posters. I understand the temptation of the original poster to continue getting paid. But ask yourself the moral question: Whose money are you getting paid with? If you think it through carefully, you will see that you are essentially taking money from those that will be worse victims of the scam. Your income is coming from that not-skeptical-enough grandma who sent in money and will never see it back. Of course, the top couple of tiers of the pyramid make almost all the confidence money, but the smaller profit you are making is basically "tainted money", too.

Just something to think about... leaving aside the entire point that it is a crime to run a ponzi scheme, consider the source of your money and if you can live with that.
