How to have 2 usernames on the same computer (How to Logout)

Our guidelines allow for creating a Business-only username and a personal-only username. People who share a computer can also set up individual usernames.

The system is set up so that if you don't log out, you will be automatically logged back in when you return to this site from the same computer. That should work fine except in the cases when you want to create another username or log back in as another user.

If you want to create another username or login as another username, you can go about this in 2 ways.

The easy way: Use a different browser!
If you want to create a second userid or often switch between multiple usernames, here's a little tip: Each browser (IE, Firefox, Netscape, etc.) remembers your last login id separately. So you could use IE for one userid and Firefox for another, with both automatically logging in as their respective user ids. Firefox is FREE and GREAT! You can download here.

    The slightly harder way: Logout
The other way is to Log Out and log back in as another user. The Log Out option is in the "Bulletin Board Quick Nav" menu on the far right of the top menu. Mouse over it and it will pop open . Click on "Log Out" option on the bottom and it will tell you all cookies are cleared. Click on either of the options offered there and you will be returned to the home page where you can register a new username or log in as another user.
