“David I could never thank you enough for all of your wisdom in HELPING ME GET MY CHILDREN BACK FROM CPS [something Straight has never done & cannot do]. Learning about the rescission of signature [a legal nullity which does nothing & which accomplishes nothing] as informant on their certificates of live birth [an imaginary status/position which does not exist]. It was heartbreaking to realize I was deceived into signing them away to the jurisdiction of the state government agencies.


[Unknown to Straight, a parent of a child does not have "JURISDICTION" of the child. A parent of a child only has "PARENTAL RIGHTS" & "CUSTODY RIGHTS" in connection with the child. While it is true that a parent can lose "PARENTAL RIGHTS" & "CUSTODY RIGHTS" in connection with the child (in a court proceeding after advance notice & an opportunity to be heard), a parent CANNOT & DOES NOT sign away "JURISDICTION" of a child to a state agency by signing a birth certificate or any similar document. This is because the parent NEVER HAD "JURISDICTION" of the child to "sign away" in the first place. Instead, "We the People," WHO LIVE WITHIN STATE BORDERS, COMBINED, COLLECTIVELY, AS A WHOLE, IN THE FORM OF THE "STATE," ALREADY HAVE THE "JURISDICTION" to regulate all human beings (including all children), all things & all activities within our own state borders (minus what legal subjects the states expressly delegated to the federal government to regulate in the U.S. Constitution). So, "We the People" WHO LIVE WITHIN STATE BORDERS, COMBINED, COLLECTIVELY, AS A WHOLE, IN THE FORM OF THE STATE ALREADY HAVE "JURISDICTION" over all children within our own state borders.
