Please vote TODAY, 12/7, in Argus Courier poll to halt Verizon cell tower near homes

Please take a minute to take this Argus poll TODAY on the proposed Verizon major wireless wave tower proposed for on top of historic Petaluma Creamery: https://www.petaluma360.com/polls/

    PASS IT ON, PLEASE! Thanks.

    Problems:

    • facility is nearly 100,000 times more power than our Ordinance allows
    • it is in middle of neighborhood, violating our Ordinance
    • It will negatively impact property values (no one wants to live near these things)
    • Once installed FCC law allows them to make changes w/o even informing the City such as increase power and height
    • this technology is not proven safe. In fact, it has been weaponized.

I live in the west county. We need more and better cell phone coverage. Not less. worry about real things like Covid. don't worry about fake things. Or not, do what you like, what do I care what your worry about? But the chances of me being killed by a fallen tree, trapped under a rock (like the guy in palisades), or in a ditch in the west county and not getting help because there's no cell coverage is like 1,000,000 times greater than the chances of being killed by a cell phone tower, excepting the unusual case of it falling on me.
