Homestead Threatened

Hello to waccovians,
We are now at the stage where we had to remove all the earth from the top of our pre-existing septic tank.
Early week, we have to go to PRMD (permit and resource management Department) specifically to the well and septic division, to find out what the next steps are in having the tank inspected and the permits we need to buy to proceed. We are in dire straights because funds could be too low to cover permits, much less materials to answer PRMD’s requirements.
