Standing Rock Health Survey - Please Circulate

A community member l. frank is collecting data for a health survey. ​If you have been to Standing Rock, please fill out this health survey whether or not you have any symptoms arising from the time you went to Standing Rock.

​I​t is important to fill this survey out whether ​or not ​you were sick after ​S​tanding ​R​ock​. It will be helpful to fill out the survey ​even ​if you were healthy after being at ​S​tanding ​R​ock.

​Please circulate this survey to everyone you know who might have been to the Standing Rock camps. ​
