#NastyWomenWriters is a project inspired by the Women’s March of January 2017, by the women writers who have fought for women’s rights throughout herstory and gave and continue to give voice to the unspoken, unspeakable who have been inspiration for so many women through time, and an effort to join in the Resistance against the Trump administration’s misogynist, racist, xenophobic, anti-earth agenda. No more shut down by the misogynist patriarchal agenda on the voices of powerful women. We give voice to them here.

#Nastywomenwriters offers a platform for nasty women writers who have been inspired by other #nastywomenwriters to speak their truth in an effort to restore balance and have both sexes allowed the same space, respect and airtime.
We intend to represent the true diversity of women on this planet. All women are welcome.
We will inundate the ethers with the voices of #nastywomenwriters of all times and places to remember we are not the first to think these #nastythoughts, and assert them with the intention of liberating women now and for all time. We have a herstory that is documented, vital and alive, whose wisdom we call forth now to empower our current actions in the Resistance.
Through these posts we call forth our fierce, intelligent and powerful ancestresses to support and guide us in our quest. We offer them appreciation and gratitude for their work by giving their powerful voices airtime now.
If you are a nasty woman writer who has a #nastywomanwriter who has inspired you that you would like to write about as a contribution to this project, let me know. If you know a nasty woman writer who would like to participate, please forward this to them. Criteria: 1. You must be a woman writer (a woman who writes) and a feminist. 2. The Nasty woman writer who inspired you must be a feminist, ie: #nasty and her fierce feminist voice must have inspired you to be even more #nasty.
Your piece will be published on my blog ritualgoddess.com under the category #nastywomenwriters, posted on the facebook page Nasty Women Writers and tweeted on the twitter feed nastywomenwriters@nastiwomenwrite. I will link your piece to you and anything else about you that you wish to highlight. *A bio (with photo) needs to be included. You retain the rights to your piece. Who knows, eventually maybe we will have enough great posts that we can publish them in book form.
