There's a maximum footage and maximum height for platforms that don't need permits. Haven't watched this video through but it would do you good to watch.

You might also consider this. You have a vehicle, you don't know how healthy it is. You can analyze it to death, or, you can drive it until it breaks down and then you will know whats wrong with it, I'm not sure whether that's a metaphor or a simile but it could be operational psychology.

Thad, FYI, here's something along the lines of your previous post about small, inexpensive shelters for the homeless. These shelters cost around $250 each and are mobile. Art-through-Pod.
