    I wonder who on Wacco can recite all the ordinances in Sebastopol? Or even find a succinct list on line? I could not, but maybe you, or the police can.....Rape is a charged topic in many ways, and I appreciate people remaining respectful and not making other's wrong for being afraid, or for the normal human reactivity, but making a little spaciousness around feedback.
