Hello,
I want to home cure olives. Does anyone know or have some trees around or local raw olives I can purchase? Also, if you've home-cured and have experiences to share, let me know. I'm new at this.
Thanks!
Erika

Yes, we have one tree and we are overloaded; I just posted but did not see your post, unfortunately. Let me know if you still want them. They are organic manzanillas, mixed green and purple. We try different brine recipes every year and nothing is perfect yet, but they are good. We are in downtown Sebastopol.
