Thank you, Handy ... the idea that humans are responsible for global warming will lead to a carbon tax and strict regulation of human activity on this planet ... who does this benefit? ... I am for developing clean energy, etc. for lots of reasons, but I do see evidence of some play here with the facts ...

Thanks for this, Steph. The Wiki entry seems fairly even keeled. The sourcewatch article seems more left wing, passive aggressive, " let's try to badmouth him without sounding like we're purposely badmouthing him".

I still think he and James Lovelock are more trustworthy in their scientific change of mind than Greensleaze.

Agreed. Our new solar array is cranking 6.4 Kw today. Final inspection Monday. I'm all for clean energy, but teaching children that plant food is poison is just plain evil.

One could actually make the case that Gaia in her infinite wisdom invented humans for the primary purpose of bringing sequestered Carbon back to the surface of the Earth in order to make it once again available for generating more Life. Nature's rules include "spawn 'til you die" and "adapt or follow the dinosaurs".

The watermelon envirowhiners are precisely 180° wrong. They are useful idiots feeding into the control trip of the Powers That Be.
