Hippies turned politicians, A Mayor who owns both marijuana dispensaries in west county, gays, retirees, families, children, farmers. Good hard working, educated peoples working together to forge forward the aspirations and sustainability of what it is to be an evolved advanced society of peoples living and working together for the good of all...

Well at least, thats what I thought.... However, my case is a bit more extreme then a normal persons lets just say. I used to be normal like everyone else, and boy do I long for those days again. But, today I am unfortunately not normal so seeking out refuge can become tricky if you are like me, A TARGETED INDIVIDUAL. Or whatever that means...

I figured of all the places to live and find refuge from this crime against humanity NSA program Sebastopol and West County seemed to advertise everything that was good for people and stood up to corrupt government policy. Boy, once again I was wrong. Instead i found Sebastopol to be the best coordinated communication citizen watch groups of all of Napa, Sonoma, and most of Marin!

This is a shame! A disgrace of humanity and a crime that will be exposed and those who are responsible for conducting themselves in such ways will be held responsable for their actions! Those who are not participating need to start becoming aware of just what they are doing by educating yourselves about who what where and why these programs are being conducted in your community and who could be a potential victim. I became one simply because i didnt know such things could have every been real! They are real and they are really happening right now in your own places of work and business, neighborhoods anywhere they participate in these programs. If you are a community memeber who participates in the hunting of another human being much like a dog hunts a rabbit then I am here to shine a light on you and start exposing these behaviors for what they really are, the denigration of a consciousness and civilized society. Gang stalking, community harassment programs serve nothing more but to provide the moisture to a wooden infrastructure becoming the black mold that permeates just under the surface making all the inhabitants sick from its toxic soup of underhanded bullying resulting in death to 100% of all its victims.

That means every person who bullies, hunts or hurts another human being has blood on their hands. I am a victim, Sebastopol is calked with this moist blood of gang stalkers by community members, and something has to change before we reverse this train of consciousness so many of us have worked so hard to advance and we will be thrown right back to caveman days, where its survival of the fittest and we all behave like barbaric psychopaths murdering one another so that YOU can survive. Is that what we are here for?:
Stop giving the place that you call home a black eye injuring another only hurts YOU in the end.

You have my sympathy ... this is being reported all around the country and it seems to be yet another facet of our police state ... to understand why this is happening you might want to watch this ...



The Patriot Act gave government agents the ability to initiate search warrants without probable cause and without consulting a judge ... you can now be put on a list to receive this treatment for angering someone with connections .... gang stalking would be better described as on-foot or vehicular surveillance and harassment ... some of the surveillance team have no choice, others don't realize the corruption involved, none of them realize that hundreds of people are sent out to follow one person resulting in psychological torture ....

PS: I am now working at the flea market in town on Sunday selling vintage jewelry. Today, the person selling next to me happened to be a cop. This is not unusual. I am exposing this protocol. My uncle was a cop and I have great respect for this profession. I certainly don't fear them as I haven't done anything wrong. We had a long conversation about due process, the Patriot Act, covert surveillance, search warrants, the Constitution, etc. etc. ... in the end he shook my hand and wished me luck. Education is the key ...

I hope that you are alright ...

I have talked with hundreds of innocent "targeted individuals" and many of them have reported being followed by police, ambulances and fire department trucks. If reported publicly, this is often followed by a diagnosis of "paranoid delusional disorder" ...

If you are in this category, I offer this report by Democracy Now to substantiate your claims .... these people are not the problem, they are being ordered to do this and they are afraid of job loss if they refuse to obey an unconstitutional order ...

I came across this article and urge you to watch all of the videos and click on all of the links ... and to you folks involved in this, please do the same ... this ties into the actions of the Richmond City Council and the banning of "space weaponry" ... the general public is not aware of this because it is highly classified ... I am discovering more and more people affected by this program in Sonoma County, the Bay Area, and around the country and the world ... I would say that it is one of the most pressing problems of our times, especially since most people are not aware of it and it has the capabilities to do severe damage without detection ...
