About Iodine- Deficiency and the Link to Thyroid and Breast Problems

Hello All,
I've been learning a lot about iodine and its role in our health and wanted to share some. It has taken me years to get to this point.

As one who has hyperthyroid (overactive), there isnt alot of info about iodine related to this disorder, that I could find then, as there is more related to Hypo-thyroid which is what most people have. The under-active one.

I read a book by Dr. Brownstein https://www.drbrownstein.com/Iodine-...t-p/iodine.htm

and he has done many case studies in his office by testing those to see how much Iodine they actually have then supplementing them with a formula that consists of 2 forms of Iodine. Its a product called Iodoral.
Apparently the breast, ovaries and thyroid use different forms of it.

And also apparently our Whole body needs Iodine not just our thyroids as the doctors say. Ive come to realize that maybe they dont even know this or are taught this.

This lady has done the protocol suggested by Brownstein and her nodules went away.
