Today's digest is missing

I just went to https://www.waccobb.net/forums/DailyDigest.html expecting to find today's digest (after all, it's 9:45 p.m.), but alas, all I see is yesterday's digest. So something doesn't seem to be working correctly.

Took a bit to unravel... but what happened is that my daughter is helping me with processing user deletion requests. She didn't know that there is a special dummy user whose settings determine which categories are published in the digest that you look at every day. Furthermore, there are times when there appears to be a request made to delete this user. I forgot to inform her to never delete that user, and she processed that deletion request dutifully... and killed the digest!

Luckily, once I figured out what happened, it was easy enough to fix, and that link is now updated.
