Do NOT buy their Protection Agreement!Or anything from them
It ain’t the Sears of Olde.
My fridge has had FOUR technician visits in less than two years
Now I need a FIFTH.
They cancelled my Protection Agreement and will not reinstate it, saying the fridge is too old
Either the technicians use lousy products, they don;t know what they are doing, the unit is so poorly built they cannot repair it, or..??
Bottom line unit is on the blink for the fifth time and they won’t fix it.
You have been warned, buy another brand or whatever, but 2 1/2 hrs on the phone and emails did not make a difference.
Product and service is atrocious. Pass it on if you feel like it, I would not want others to go through the same grief..
PS My 80 year old neighbor threw her arms up in exasperation when I mentioned Sears yesterday, her Sears lawnmower is broken and she can't get it fixed under the warranty....
