Hi, I wanted to share an experience I had with Best Quality Tires and Rims.
I had a bad experience with these guys. Specifically the owner. I bought a used tire from them which made my car pull a lot. Before going to "Best Quality" I had just had my suspension checked by a highly reputable alignment shop, and was told my suspension/alignment was in excellent condition. So my car was not the problem.
I went back to "Best Quality" and they put on a second tire (this is why I gave them one star), but my car continued to pull. I talked to numerous reputable tire shops and they said the pulling problem I had was almost always a result of a bad tire.
I went back again and asked the owner if he would move my tires, which is one way you can tell if the tire is the problem. He refused, stating that because my original tires (which are good shape) are 9 years old, he could not in good "conscience" move them due to safety.
When I ran this by the other tire shops, they all said they saw no problem with moving my tires, they were in good shape.
The owners "conscience" just felt like an excuse so he wouldn't have to take responsibility for giving me two defective tires.
