    Digitizing photos?

    Location:  Sebastopol
    Hi Community ~

    I have at least a dozen old photo albums, some of which have mild water damage, and would love to digitize the best photos from each of them. What is the most cost-effective way to go about this? I don't have a scanner or a large budget
