    Petaluma Peoples' Services is funded by Sonoma County to give advice to landlords and tenants regarding their rights, free of charge. Unfortunately you'll have to wait until Tuesday to get an answer.

    I'm a tenant but I understand the formalities and what I am susceptible to by being a tenant, so I can tell you my vulnerability in being in conflict with with my landlords.
