    Secret Court Vastly Broadens Powers of NSA

    a friend sent me this:

    This is terrifying. From this morning's NY Times. This is one more piece of what Snowden is exposing, this is a court of 11 judges, 10 of them appointed by John Roberts, and they have the power to circumvent the 4th amendment. They never hear any side but that of the government's, and they never say no. This is really terrible.
    Please review and pass on. People have to speak up.
