New Community Themed Festival

I am looking for people with experience in event production who would be interested in helping to develop an environmental theatrical festival. I have a very interested and entertaining concept and would like to raise funds for local charter schools, public schools and county parks, among several other non profits. I am not being too specific as to the actual theme, it should remain secret for now. I am looking for folks with background in festival production, with local connections, as I am fairly new to the area. This could develop into an annual event and an actual seasonal job for the right people.
