Do you want to feel more joy in your life ?

This is an opportunity to delve into deeper areas of inner exploration and becoming more conscious of being joy-filled. It is a five month course offered by James Baraz, the author of the Book Awakening Joy. He is one of the founders of Spirit Rock (Woodacre) and is a meditation teacher. People from all over the world participate in these on-line courses. It is also offered on-site at Berkeley. Everyone can participate and no one turned away due to lack of funds. There is also an opportunity to create a support check-in 'buddy' system.
