Stop cruel Devocalization operations on CATS & DOGS

A few month ago, I adopted a sweet small dog from a shelter. He was really scared, timid and very quiet. I thought being locked up in a shelter cubicle with all that barking around can do that to a little thing like this dog.

Then I found out that there was more to it... in the past he was "devocalized" in dogs: "debarked" - mute-*
To remove the vocal cord on an animal surgically is a cruel, painful, unethical, morally wrong operation. There will be difficulties for the rest of the life for the animal.*

I did not know vets would okay such a mutilation operation on animals except in emergencies.

Breeders- dogs for show or to have a quiet little toy- money, etc... *are a few reason to act mindless, ignorant and cruel on animals.

Please help to stop devocalization on animals.

Will you sign this petition? :

My scared, sweet little dog and I will be fine. We have lots of recovery- healing ahead of us.

Any vet who is willing to do such inhumane act - I would like to remove his vocal cord!*

If you can't stand the barking- train him/her or get a goldfish!
