With all due respect, what would you consider "justice" enough to be at peace? While what happened to you is horrible, making the entire focus of your life about getting "justice" just gives your assailant that much more power to control your life. Would "justice" be served if someone shot him to death? Would that be enough to get you to lay this to rest?

This is a long, but damned important response.

I want all criminals to be behind bars. Just getting this one there will bring me peace and security.

I do not support the death penalty, or violence of any kind. Several folks have made me very uncomfortable offers to get revenge - I'm not OK with that.

I do support the right to self defense. The corrupt law enforcement I have had to deal with denied me that right; and allowed the one who assaulted me 6 times, raped me once, to escape justice. In fact they protected him; botched the investigation, and lied to me.

Could it be they were profiting in some way from his illegal activities of: teen porn & prostitution, drugs?

Are some on this BB profiting from these things as well; hence your lack of compassion?

What I have been & am going through, is the exact opposite of how related cases: founder of WikiLeaks, George Zimmerman, and Ross Mirkarimi in SF & those 2 Euro 1%ers who got caught in sex crimes, etc; were handled by: law enforcement, District Attorney, courts, City Council and Board of Supervisors, etc.

Including the fact that Judge Bertoli, and others within the Sonoma County court system, have destroyed evidence in my cases; including the pictures the Santa Rosa Police took of the bruises he gave me, which I had to pay $60 for! The "Press" refuses to investigate, or make corrections in their stories relating to my daughter and myself.

My case is much like the ones of folks in the military who got told they did not get raped; but were just unstable when they tried to file charges.

This is why the law must be changed in how we conduct investigations for sexual assault. It would also help the folks defending themselves against sex crimes, who are innocent.

I am calling for anyone qualified, who'd like to be an "HONORABLE" Judge, to please contact me. We have several seats going unchallenged. The Registrar of Voters has the rules on how we can recruit a challenger for the general election.

Let's use these rules well, to get the criminals off the bench; and real justice served for all, regardless of income, or being lawyered up!!!

Moving from victim to survivor can only happen for me, when the man who sexually assaulted me is getting treatment for his many problems from behind bars.

This is justice FOR ALL OF US!

It makes me sick to find people, some who have known me a long time - think I relish, or get some kind of pay off from being a "victim". The truth is, it's the most dis-empowering thing to be; I hate being stuck, which is why I must get justice delivered.

When I finally had the money to go to the doctors after the rape, not wanting to be labeled a "victim", I said it was un-concentual sex. Both clinics did not hear me say un; therefore did not inform the authorities. Big lesson for all victims/survivors. Make sure your doctor, teacher, boss, friend, family, or whomever you confided in, is clear on what you say. See to it that it's correctly documented; right away. Avoid the mistake I made thinking I could handle it alone, and not getting the authorities involved from the moment it happened.

It's hard to know what to do when the trauma is fresh; but in most cases, trouble from STD's, emotional well being, or your child's custody can get far worse, if you attempt to get your abuser to be accountable without the law enforcers assisting you.

What happens to others when these criminals go un-aprehended?

Not long after I was raped; there was a prostitute who was assaulted just down the road from where Charlotte went to school, Sonoma Academy. If criminals go un-investigated; and un-incarerated; other victims may be harmed. New crimes committed, which could be added to the list of counts to be used against him, and those assisting him; if he were being investigated.

There is no medicine, or level of counseling, which can keep me safe from him, and secure my well being, until this happens.

Many months ago, my daughter informed her brother of her dad's crimes, and gave him handwritten evidence as well. My son is not safe until this criminal is locked up either. This evidence, and the other important piece the DA now has, which Santa Rosa refused to process, must be investigated.

It harms me even more, to have to go public with the many things continuing my trauma each day since October 2009. Swift justice is the only remedy for this.

Where is the public out cry?

Who will help pay for my private polygraph test, as I work to make Charlotte's law enacted on a State and Federal level?

Rape, assault, teen sex prostitution and porn are not victimless crimes. More than once this criminal used illegal drugs and alcohol, to the point of nearly dying. Family members should never remain silent for so long about these things, as I did. I'll continue to pay the price for not going to the right cops, right away; for the rest of my life.

Speaking out, is one of many ways those who've suffered great loss, have to cope with it.

I want the FBI to use the most up to date methods they've got with all the Homeland Security money to question me on all these issues. A victim needs the right to have the truth proven. Local police do not have the budget to support all the resources needed for this this level of investigation; they need to be shared.

Do you agree that rape is an act of personal terrorism? What added crime would it be to rape your child's mother, with the child in the home? This witness is not helped, because the rapist goes free. This becomes too much for her to handle. She goes unassisted by everyone paid to look after her, and each Sonoma County child's welfare, as well as, those related to her, or who knew and loved her, or read my "WaccoLeaks" here, long before her death.

Dozens of authority figures have long been made aware of the truth; but still do nothing to get justice. In fact some of them get re-elected; take in loads of income, benefits and pensions; which most Public workers never see. Or these "leaders" just operate on cruise control, until the last few days in office are over; never bothering to get the broken parts of these systems fixed.

The job of protecting the Military Industrial Congressional Complex, the bad banks & Wall St., casinos, big ag & pharma, faux Green "solutions", Israel's & other allies' 1%ers etc. is now mission accomplished.

That change you were sold on, turned out to be just another marketing tool the political prostitutes knew you'd fall for . Don't be fooled again; don't wait for the next election to use your power.

Woolsey's & Michael Allen's offices, the FBI, SC Sheriff's Office,The Santa Rosa City Council, Mayor and City Manager, SRPD's Chief, the Head of Sexual Assault Domestic Violence - Sgt. Snetzinger, Family Justice Center, and the District Attorney, all need to hear from you ASAP please.

Why is there no charge yet filed with the new evidence against John Charles Molinari regarding sexual assault? Why did they turn their back on the request for the recording of the telephone call where this criminal tried to make a deal over custody in exchange for the victim rescinding her statement to the police?

I've got nothing against government workers getting reasonable compensation; but not if they are enabling, or committing crimes while they are on the payroll. Elections are a tool, so is a recall, the Grand Jury, and State Attorney General. I need your help, as always, to fix our: cities, counties, state, and country.

This is way more serious than just a General Plan, environmental, or scenic impacts waiver, or rulings on BOZ or permit violations, I did not like.

To just "get over it"; goes against every fiber of my personal and legal justice. Just finding forgiveness for him does nothing to correct the core problems. It keeps our community at un-needed risk.

Her dad has also illegally kept 100% of her remains, property and therapy birds from Charlotte's brother and myself. I need to raise another $750 do fix that.

Got ideas? Any animal welfare supporters out there? 6 weeks after Charlotte's death, and I am still distressed not knowing if the birds are OK. Her dad agreed to allow my son to get them; but now won't return his calls to do this.

Once I've got the probate filing done, I can get to the grief and bodywork I'm so overdue for; which this great community is so awesomely providing for me.

Back to the bigger picture...the most powerful tool we have; is getting 2/3rds of our local governments and states to change bad federal laws, insert better ones, and remove unconstitutional Supreme Court Justices.

Please help me establish an ongoing campaign for the issues we can find common ground on, starting with peace - no strike first operations for any nation & cease fire for all every September 21st.

This is mere months away; that's why I need so much help clearing out so many injustices; to get to the creative things most of us can unite on, and enjoy promoting.

Fulfilling our ongoing civic duty, each one of us, is required to fix our economy and ecology; and balance our best interest being served. Let's reverse engineer a plan for a cease fire for this Autum's Equinox; by making this a great American Summer - one all nations, tribes, and races can survive with peace and equal justice for all.

Here's the simple solution for complex problems:

Every being everywhere deserves due process.

Every victim and accused person deserves to have their case heard in court. Fully funding our courts is better than over-funding foreign assassinations & strike first assaults, to the point we have to let domestic and sexual violence offenders go free.

Our founding fathers never intended our President to be the sole judge if someone lives or dies.

Everyone knows Intelligence can be faulty or fake. Torture is never needed; polygraphs should be required for use as local law enforcement, the military, CIA, FBI etc. gather information from suspects and informants

Respect my sovereign rights; I'll respect yours.

Jail the ones who don't. Don't torture or kill them, or let them be raped in there.

Speak up with those in charge until they are working for We The People; not beholden to just their donors.

I think many of you know I have love and kindness buried under all this pain and misery. I'm sorry it's taking so long, and it's been so messy to clear it out. I don't care if you never liked, or will ever like me. Just please help us us get the results we dearly deserve regarding justice for us all. Peace will naturally follow.

Can't believe I left the biggest polluting industries off this list: nuclear, oil, coal & natural gas.

When the risks to all our bodies and natural resources, exceed the cost of: radiation, fracking, spills, leaks, explosions, induced earthquakes & ground compaction, water contamination, and mine shaft collapses; it does not make dollars or sense to continue to invest in this; instead of all the safer, wiser choices we have, and can invent.
