There are two reasons why this sexual holocaust is still going on in this country, and one of them is because we have a for-profit medical system (well, it's not really a "system" but no other word comes to mind). Chopping off foreskins from helpless boys is very lucrative for the medical industry. When nobody is willing to pay for genital mutilations on children, the rate of these "procedures" quickly drops to virtually zero and the "need" just seems to evaporate.
