Annoying?? Leaf blowers are annoying. Terrifying more aptly describes what it's like to live in a war zone. I was in such a place as a child. A sobering reminder: every plane, every bomb, every US bullet that enters a body of a man, a woman or a child, wherever OUR government invades -- for the resources (oil, etc.) we take for granted -- is paid for by US (that's us) taxpayers. Why do we allow it?

I grew up on Air Force bases, such as Hickam in Hawaii, during the Viet Nam war, so I just heard them take off and return; not engaged in combat as my father did with his duty as a Navigator. I know he was greatly impacted by his role in the destruction caused by this country's misguided mission there.

In support of our need for defense, and the harm and threat which comes to all sides by our use of unconstitutional use of force as offense, at the great price of all needs here, and across our nation; I went to our state capitol again yesterday, to help our elected officials with a plan to balance the budget. AmericaCARE NOT WARfare!$!

I call on you to require your City, County, State, Federal Representatives, as well as, the President, to put forth resolutions for the needed solutions. Time is critical, these reps need to hear from you in great numbers, to enable them to know the values you want funded, and the correct methods for use of force, only as defense, and only with the declaration of war by Congress.

No one can afford to be silent on this. We are all at risk from the consequences of continuing these current failed and dangerous policies of undeclared, optional wars of choice, not necessity.

Plus, the carbon footprint of the Department of DEFENSE, could be cut by 1/2 if we did. Imagine the gains towards climate security we would have if we demanded this kind of change.

Perhaps then we would not have to pay for the current weather modification, both in expense and consequences.

RE: Emergency request for sponsors for resolutions


All Representatives, at all levels of government, must call for immediate cease fire in all military deployments of choice. This is the only safe way to bring our troops home, and provide security and funding at home.

A return to the Constitutional mandate for a declaration of war, by Congress; before approval of any further mission of defense; never again for offensive.*

To ensure our security in the event of a man-made, or natural disaster; call for the return of the National Guard now.

A cease fire, and vow to never again strike first, is the only way we can create VICTORY.* Let's prepare for this to begin 9/21, the UN International Day of Peace.

Please help lead this effort and initiate a statewide day of non-violence, in concert with the United Nations; to set an example at home, on how we can also create peace abroad.
