    Looking for some advice.

So, this is my first post here. I'm looking for some advice from anyone familiar with communes or sustainable living communities. Through the last few years I've been seeing more and more homeless youths popping up in this area, much of which are my close friends. Some of them didn't even stand a chance. One of my best friends was going to school about to graduate and go to the JC and then for his 18th birthday, got the incredibly heartless act of a sleeping bag, a tent, and a kick to the door. The amount of youths just being kicked to the curb is starting to be pretty overwhelming. I've been involving myself with some people that are potentially investing in a piece of land and its been an idea of mine for a while now to try and start a self-sustaining community for homeless youths to finally give them something to work towards. The advice I'm looking for is any good sources of the legal details of having a community like this. Its still a thing of the future but any advice you may have for starting something like this would be much appreciated.

    Peace
