Gratitude for contributions to the Chris Caswell Legacy CD Project

Dear Friends,
For the past two months, friends of Chris have been sponsoring a fund raising page on Indiegogo. www.indiegogo.com/chriscaswell

Chris died of cancer shortly after his last Sonoma Co. concert at the Occidental Center for the Arts in December. He is still deeply mourned. We miss his music, his wit and wisdom, his stories, his kindness and gentle way of living.

We wanted to make sure his recent music would be saved and shared with his community, fans, students and new listeners everywhere. Now, with 34 hours to go we have almost made our goal. The videos, pics and music will be gone in 34 hours, so there is a small window for people to donate. There are nice perks for even smaller donations.

Thank you Chris for leaving us so much beauty. We will honor you by doing our best to complete your work the way you would have wished. One will be called "The Brightening Air" (from the Yeats poem) and the second will be "The Well at the End of the World" after the William Morris book of that name. We will also be reproducing his previous CDs (the publisher went out of business recently).

Thanks to all who have joined us to make the new CDs possible. They will be a gift to us from our own American Celtic Bard.
