Secret information on counter-terrorism shared by foreign governments may have been compromised by a massive data theft by a senior IT technician for the NDB, Switzerland's intelligence service, European national security sources said.


Intelligence agencies in the United States and Britain are among those who were warned by Swiss authorities that their data could have been put in jeopardy, said one of the sources, who asked for anonymity when discussing sensitive information.


Swiss authorities arrested the technician suspected in the data theft last summer amid signs he was acting suspiciously. He later was released from prison while a criminal investigation by the office of Switzerland's Federal Attorney General continues, according to two sources familiar with the case...

Which Swiss bank account reveals the most links to the crimes of the 1% - Romney & the GOP, or the blue team Democrats? Sure hope this is thoroughly investigated by impartial, expert law enforcement.

Was this information seller working for the same folks as the Pope's butler? Were both of them working for personal enrichment, or the 99%'s best interest?

The answer to these questions will likely determine if the investigations are complete or fake.

Every one who swore an oath of office to protect and defend the Constitution is guilty of treason for allowing the vast number of folks who also swore that oath to get away with protecting all domestic enemies who are enabling our strike-first, unconstitutional "wars' of choice to defeat us through: trillions in unfunded debt for offensive use of all military, "special" forces and extra contractors, less local law enforcement, failing infrastructure, failing economy, and greater threats for our emergency preparedness by having our National Guard serving INTERNATIONAL missions.

The NY Times; etc. are way overdue for disclosing the Pentagon Papers type of heroic journalism needed to resolve the biggest crimes in our history - the truth about 9-11, and the treason of a decade of unconstitutional war, and loss of nearly all our rights, as a result of that US & Israel enabled disaster to benefit the 1% and treasonous elected officials and law enforcement.

Getting the US public to get 2/3rds of the states to peacefully & legally unite to Occupy the Supreme Court to overturn at least 5 Constitution killing laws such as: the Patriot Act; Citizens United, NDAA, all unconstitutional wars & war powers, etc., is the only way Americans can save our country.

The Federal government has no incentive to reverse course on all the ways they've rigged the system, including the vote counting one.

It's time for local & state government to use the power available to 2/3rds being on the same page.

Look how well the move your money effort worked to de-fund the bad banks. Let's get past the politics of political parties, and re-group our 99% to barn build all the needed repairs our beloved US Constitution deserves.

When it is truly upheld and defended - there will be no fiscal cliff.
