Vote NO on CVS/Chase and

2000 Additional Car Trips Downtown!

Your vote for City Council may be able to defeat CVS/Chase and its 2000 daily car trips.

The approval of CVS/Chase came with several conditions and uncertainties that may stop the development. Two of these involve turning into the project, disrupting traffic and endangering pedestrian safety.

The developer definitely does not like these conditions and can ask for them to be changed or dropped. They are now hoping for a new City Council with CVS/Chase-friendly Kathleen Shaffer and Kathy Austin, who have spoken and lobbied for the project. Kathleen Shaffer and Kathy Austin would certainly vote for the developer, so the new Sebastopol City Council could let CVS/Chase and its 2000 daily car trips downtown have its way with us.

In the Sebastopol city council election, you can vote against CVS/Chase and its 2000 daily car trips downtown by voting for Council candidates John Eder and Robert Jacob who have worked and spoken repeatedly against CVS/Chase

John Eder and Robert Jacob are against CVS/Chase and for a pedestrian-friendly downtown Sebastopol. They will hold out for strong and safe conditions if CVS/Chase is ever built.
