United States Senate Leader Harry Reid:
The "worst foreign policy mistake," quoting you, that you ever made could cost
you your freedom, IF you do not end "the use of armed forces as he determines to be
necessary" under MARTIAL Law 107-243. You and 373 other traitors ended
democracy. You all deserve to be convicted of treason.

Because you and 372 other public officers in the 107th Congress, and 9-11
attempted wife killer George wartBush, authorized MARTIAL LAW 107-243 on October
16, 2002, which allows our President "the use of force," quoting MSNBC gem Chris
Hayes after the Democratic National Convention last night, and to kill and
terrorize at will, you are clearly a "governing liability," quoting Associated
Press reporter Ken Thomas. That is a kind way of saying you are a TRAITOR. I
and other 9-11 Truth Campaigners are your very vocal victims. We do NOT go away!

You, Sir, do NOT deserve kindness. You, gambler's man Harry Reid, deserve a
death penalty. So does your handler, shadow president Willie Brown!

Also deserving death penalties for authorizing MARTIAL Law 107-243 are: b) Vice
President Joe Biden;
c) pretend constitutionalist John Boehner;
d) closet gay David Drier;
e)communist China's doll Dianne Feinstein;
f) LDS Orrin Hatch;
g) "act of war" con man John McCain;
h) more mass murder Mitch McConnell;
i) same-O samo-O Paul Ryan;
j) 2,629 New York murder cover boy Charles Schumer;
k) silent partner in government crime Eric Cantor; and
l) 143 other traitors in the current Congress.

If our California GovernorEdmund G. Brown, Jr. or any California public officer,
including any legislator, judge, district attorney, sheriff, police officer, or
highway patrol, ignores your"governing liability" or TREASON, she or he is ripe
for treason prosecution by any honorable California District Attorney and a
death penalty from any California judicial officer under California Penal Code
Section 37. Any of our fellow Californians who conceal treason commits a felony
under Sec. 38 PC.

Both Democratic and Republican candidates for Vice President are a "governing
liability," as Associated Press reporter Thomas wrote the "GOP tries to portray
Biden," in his Charlotte, N.C. Associated Press article on September 2, 2012. I
can prove beyond doubt that both Joe Biden and Paul Ryan are democracy-ending,
police state-creating and MARTIAL Law 107-243 installing traitors.

They and 371 other elected public officers in the 107th Congress gave aid and
comfort to their domestic enemy sponsors by authorizing the President of the
United States "to use" deadly "Armed Forces as he determines to be necessary"
for his sponsors, creating a democracy-ending police state under Section 3 (a)
of Public MARTIAL Law 107-243.

This fascist law is billed as 'da "AUTHORIZATION FOR USE OF MILITARY FORCE
AGAINST IRAQ RESOLUTION OF 2002." It is the highest level of organized crime.
Willie Brown has used it against me and mine many times. His latest use of
force through a California Superior Court resulted in the suspicious death of a
disturbed 15 year old girl under the court-ordered care of her pedophile father.
She was reportedly found "hanging" in a tree in Annadel State Park. It is all
Willie Brown theater. Charollote Anna Molinari was a victim of a fatal
terrorism in Sonoma County. So was Stanford grad student Mengyao "May" Zhou.
So was Sebastopol High School student Jeremiah Chass. So were 62 historic
Douglas Fir trees. So was my historic horse barn and sanctuary.

Until MARTIAL Law 107-243is annulled, as 'da 9-11 Truth Campaign tirelessly

our "Constitution FOR" our $16,002 billion congressionally insolvent United

Tamara and Charlottes' Petition to annul democracy ending MARTIAL Law 107-243

Whereas, underPublic Law 107-243, "-- The President is authorized to use the
Armed Forces of the United States as he determines to be necessary in order to
-- (1)" ... do whatever his PPPPfascist sponsors want him to do in Iraq,
Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iran, Libya, or on the horse farm of 9-11 Bounty Hunter
John Jenkel in Sonoma County, California, for the benefit of domestic enemies
and criminal profiteers in government organized crime, all of whom profit from
addictions, human suffering, world terrorism, plunder, population management,
religious genocide, warmongering, squander and mass murder at the unbearable
expense of we the congressionally betrayed people;

Whereas, under Public Law 107-243, we the congressionally betrayed and $15.8
trillion robbed people are deprived of our rights to life, liberty, or property
without due process of law in violation of the 5th Amendment that mandates a
declaration of war by Congress before one American can be ordered into harm's
way anywhere. It converts our President into an ELECTED DICTATOR, ends
democracy, creates a police state, and treasonously installs MARTIAL LAW "as he
determines to be necessary" in the land of the brave who now fear any public

Whereas, "the use of the Armed Forces of the United States" has included:
a) killing 28 year old CIVIC founder Marla Ruzicka of Lakeport, California in
Iraq on April 16, 2005 because she and her driver Faiez Ali Salem violated the 6
PM to 6 AM curfew enforced in Iraq by "the Armed Forces of the United States;"
b) Sonoma County Sheriff Bill Cogbill declaring that Stanford grad student
Mengyao "May" Zhou committed "suicide." Her hacked remains were found in the
locked trunk of her locked car on Jan. 25, 2007 at the Santa Rosa Junior
College;
c) Sheriff Deputies John Misita and Jim Ryan shooting unarmed, mace-blinded,
and starved16 year old Analy High School "world savior" Jeremiah Chass 11 times
on March 13, 2007 while contained in his stepfather's van on his family's
property;
d) Sheriff Steve Freitas hiding the apparent murder of Charlotte Anna Molinari;
e) California judges terrorizing 9-11 Truth Campaigners by taking their
babies;
f) County Sheriffs seizing properties under the pretense of legal authority on
Nov. 4, 2009 and Aug. 25, 2010 for Afghanistan pipeline investor/Governor Arnold
Schwarzenegger, and "fix this thing" GovernorJerry Brown on April 21, 2011;

Whereas, MARTIAL Law 107-243, authorized by 373 members of the 107th Congress
and 9-11 attempted wife killer Bush, legalized murders of over 5.2 million earth
neighbors and lynching of 6,514 congressionally betrayed Americans, including
over 708 Californians. Said 374 traitors evaded their sworn duty to support and
defend the constitutionally protected rights of Americans to due process of law
before they were deprived of life. Said evasion gave aid and comfort to
criminal profiteering sponsors who feed off public debt to fund mass murder and
plunder on foreign soil in unconstitutional undeclared U.S. wars for profit;

Whereas, under democracy ending MARTIAL Law 107-243, Congress has squandered
over $155 billion of California's public blood debt since the 2,798 unplanned
murders, attempted assassinations, controlled demolitions, and US Air Force
attacks on 9-11, to fund Hoover Institute-advised unconstitutional United States
wars of congressional choice, never necessity, against CIA-fabricated enemies to
give aid and comfort to domestic enemy sponsors, rendering Howard Berman, Mary
Bono-Mack, Ken Calvert, David Drier, Elton Gallegly, Dianne Feinstein, Darrell
Issa, Jerry Lewis, Howard McKeon, Gary Miller, Dana Roharabacher, Edward Royce,
and Adam Schiff ripe for death penalties under Penal Code Sect 37;

Whereas, MARTIAL Law 107-243 hides 2,798 unplanned murders caused by 9-11
attempted wife killer George wartBush exploiting'da Enron-sponsored organized
crimes and attempted assassinations of United States Energy Czar Dick Cheney and
his anti-Enron VP staff from Halliburton on 9-11 by trying to return to
bachelorhood;

Whereas, under the Constitution for, never of,the $15.8 trillion congressionally
insolvent United States, MARTIAL LAW may be declared only under clause 15, Sec,
8, Article I to protect the states against invasion and, on application of the
legislative or the executive (when the legislature cannot be convened) against
domestic violence;

Whereas, we the people of the United States ordain in our Constitution that
Congress is the sole branch of government empowered "to declare war." Congress
must call the President into actual service as commander in chief of the United
States by its declaration of war to execute specific foreign policy for invasion
of foreign soil upon the advice and consent of two-thirds of both houses of
Congress. Upon completion of such specific DEFENSIVE action, the United States
forces must exit.

9-11 Truth Campaigners hereby petition the House of Representatives and the
Senate in the 112th Congress of the United States to rescind House Joint Res.
114-107 and its constitutionally defective authority to treasonously allow the
President "to use Armed Forces as he determines to be necessary." This use
legalizes mass murder and terrorism, and converts our democracy into an elected
dictatorship.

The rescission of H. J. R. 114-107 by the advice and consent of the majority of
both houses of Congress will leave Public Law 107-243 with only 1/3rd of the
power of the United States as ordained by we the people, rendering it null and
voidable under the powers reserved to we the people by the 10th Amendment.
Public Law 107-243 is, therefore, invalid. Consequently,the use of armed forces
as the President alone "determines to be necessary" is no longer a presidential
option.

Now, therefore, the 112th Congress declares the end of 65 years of world
terrorism through 77 unconstitutional undeclared United States wars of
congressional choice.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) — Republicans have a new rhetorical punching bag: Vice
President Joe Biden.

With relentless attacks aimed at portraying President Barack Obama's running
mate as a governing liability, Republicans hope to raise the stature of GOP vice
presidential candidate Paul Ryan, who will debate Biden next month, and score
points in closely contested states such as Ohio, Florida and New Hampshire.
"Paul's a close friend, a great family man, and he's got a reformer's heart,"
Ohio Sen. Rob Portman said at last week's Republican convention in Tampa, Fla.
"Contrast this to Joe Biden. Vice President Biden has told people out of work to
'just hang in there' — so much for 'hope and change.'"

As Democrats prepare for their convention in Charlotte, N.C., the GOP is casting
the 69-year-old former Delaware senator as a gaffe-prone crazy uncle who's hung
around the political scene too long. The strategy tries to undermine the Obama
campaign's chief surrogate and liaison to white, working-class voters and
seniors, influential groups courted aggressively by both parties. At the same
time, Republicans hopes that sullying Biden's image will help confirm Ryan, the
42-year-old Wisconsin congressman, as a deep thinker destined to take on many of
the nation's most pressing challenges.

In an opinion piece published this past week by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel,
Wisconsin Sen. Ron Johnson noted that Biden had said the economy felt like "a
depression" and he accused the vice president of straying from "the Obama
campaign talking points."...
