A Newsworthy Under-reported Story

At a time when tens of thousands of mortgaged home-owners in the United States are still losing their houses and lands to banks and holding companies every week, another trend, akin to the Assizes of the late Seventeenth century in England, seems to have begun in California. We wonder if there are incidents of this happening elsewhere around the Country...

We, the citizens and earth-dwellers on a portion of Mother Terra that Luther Burbank likened to the Garden of Eden; known, juristically, as Sonoma County, California, are witnesses to it.

A very ugly example of ruthless Arbicide, and what appears to many in this locality to be a politically-motivated, Court-sanctioned Land-grab, has occurred before our eyes, in a very in-your-face manner, on a California State designated “Scenic Corridor” – a section of State highway 116, just north of the town of Sebastopol, and adjacent to the hamlet of Graton, California.

Since this has been, for many of us, a very alarming, eye-opening, and disturbing incident, We, the citizens and earth-dwellers of this region think it is fitting that you, who dwell outside our little fish-bowl of Western Sonoma County be made aware of this incident, for it appears to be political in Nature, and an example of political persecution-by-proxy of an unorthodox maverick, a certain John Jenkel, citizen activist, and “9/11 truth” die-hard; a man who has made himself a thorn-in-the-side to City Hall, and the powers-that-be, by his relentless decade-long, one-man campaign for 9/11 accountability.
