Beautiful, Healthy Special Needs Pit Bull Needs Forever Home (Petaluma)

Stevie is one special and darned good-looking pup. He was slated to be euthanized at the shelter due to his visual impairment, and is now in foster care. As you can see in his video, Stevie has no trouble getting around and is a very confident, smart pup.

Stevie will thrive with an adopter who loves to walk, hike and/or jog so he can have fun every day and plenty of exercise. Stevie does well with large dogs, but would enjoy being an only dog too. Due to his energy level and visual impairment, human kids would need to be older.

Stevie is neutered, vaccinated, and house trained.

Re: Beautiful, Healthy Special Needs Pit Bull Needs Forever Home (Petaluma)

Stevie looks to be a wonderful dog - too bad you can't keep him. I wish I could take him!

What an amazing personality, responsive to commands, desire to follow the Alpha human is quite apparent, great dog, he does fine even with a disability! I think someone will find themselves a great companion animal in Stevie. I have a shiverry Chihuahua Terrier Beagle mix who is my sweet love - rescue as well and use to be shy and now very outgoing, very happy boy. Often desire a larger dog for long walks, exercising and playing together. Wish I had room for Stevie, but am a renter and it would be tough to guarantee a forever home to him. What a great dog! Lucky home whomever gets this fella! Thanks for your post and for helping these animals!
