Just want to take the chance to remind everyone that today is Earth Day, I hope you decide to do something good for our beautiful planet.

You could start by looking at your trash, how much do we throw away?

IF IN DOUBT< LEAVE IT OUT! please don't throw things in the trash that can still be used! Put a free sign on items or Share your extra things you have with someone, or donate them to a community exchange, is there a free store in your area? FREE BOXES?

Did you know most paper products are compostable? As well as all veggie/ garden scraps. throwing organic material in plastic bags or containers stop the natural decomposting and doesn't allow recycling to occur. WHY NOT STOP BUYING PLASTIC? At least only buy products that are well made and hold up to several uses, instead of poorly made or unsealing baggies and such.

Here's a big one, practice Yoga and center your heart to feel the beat of the earth, and meditate on healing your body and the earth simultaneously.

Love one another, and it will purify the air

I love you all, and I love this Earth we all call home

Start a backyard diet plan, eat what you can grow in your own backyard. you will feel better, and you will cycle less trash.
