Orange Tabby Found on Vine Hill Road

There's an orange tabby wandering around Vine Hill Road. He's being fed but he's skinny. You can see a photo of him in the photo section of Stray Pet Network.

I checked the webpage you said had a picture of the cat you found near Vine Hill and there is a picture of an orange tabby that is missing. That is the only photo of an orange tabby I could find on that site. It has a phone number to call should it be found, so couldn't you call that number to find out if it is theirs?
