I for one am not sold yet on it. Mass transit is not good in all cases by definition, especially if there are not "mass" amounts of people who use it. I don't think the train would be used much and it's a lot a money!

At the moment, I'm thinking that widening the freeway (there, I said it!) to 3 lanes through the Narrows and then running bus service and carpools during rush hour and then allowing the new lane open for general traffic on off peak times (when the train wouldn't be running anyway and the non-commute traffic needs more capacity) would be the best use of major funds.
