    Since it's my birthday, I thought I'd give you the gift of the best talk on love and relationships I've ever heard. It's by Mary Murray Shelton, she used to be the minister at the Center for Spiritual Living.

    It's in three short parts, and the first 10 seconds or so the camera is shaky, but it's profoundly good...
