There are some great classes offered at the Senior Center that will keep you limber and fit. Deborah Shemesh, Yoga Expert, teaches "Chair Yoga" on Thursdays at 11:15. I take this class and it's great for stretching. She will also teach a Resistance Training class on May 9/16/23, Friday. Resistance Training will re-energize and re-vitalize your body. The Senior Center offers classes for only $6.00.
I'll keep posting updates about class opportunities that focus on fitness, both mind and body. Hope you will come over to the Senior Center and join the "movement."
