I have a dream - to create a vacation / retreat destination in a tropical location near warm ocean waters. I have extensive construction, solar, restaurant and business experience.

I envision this destination not only to be a place to relax and rejuvinate, but also to offer cultural activities like language, cooking and dance classes. Mexico or Costa Rica would be likely choices, but I'm open to other places.
