As far as Mary, "mother of god" is concerned, I can easily imagine her conceiving just like any other female, thousands years ago.

Here is the official photograph of a Belgian political candidate for the "Protest Party." Her name is Tanja Derveaux and her campaign promise is to give 400,000 blow jobs (there is a double meaning in the language used in the campaign poster).
