Question: We want to landscape our yard with California native plants, and we want to buy them locally. Where can we go?
Thanks,
Kathleen Shaffer

Mostly Natives Nursery (a lovely 15 min drive south) in Tomales.
Wayward Gardens, some stuff at Harmony Farm supply, Emerisa Gardens, Annie's Plants in Richmond is quirky and a great selection.
There are many more local places too. Most important is to buy local, what grows local in our climate.

Kathleen,
There is a list of local sources of natives on this page:

I live in Sebastopol, and I really like both California Flora in
Fulton and Mostly Natives in Tomales. Both places can give
really helpful advice as well. I also like Larner Seeds in Bolinas
for grass and wildflower seed.
