Mixed Messages? election results

First off congrads are in order to all of us for electing a Democratic Senate and Congress! Now that we have the worlds attention lets start using this democracy for some good.
However i am a little confused about the sonoma county results.
In all the papers today it said that measure 86 and measure 87 failed to pass, along with measure R. though on sonoma-county.org its the other way around?
Does anyone have any ideas on why this would be. If all the ballots had yet to be counted why did the papers jump the conclusion on such key issues? I guess it wouldn't have be the first time, but now i'm just confused.

i guess i can answer my own question. Sonoma county is not the only country in the world! well get'em next time.
