Self Care Support Group on Zoom. Hello community-I am facilitating a self-care support group beginning January 27th. We will meet 1x per week for 4 weeks. The focus will be on increasing and exploring our personal practice of self-care. Self-care is anything that makes you feel better, for instance: walking in the woods, meditation, connecting with friends and expressing yourself creatively. The group will be a place to safely share your ups and downs with your daily journey and quest for balance. I will be sharing tips from my 35 year journey with self-care. The group will meet on zoom Wednesdays from 4pm-5pm. If interested please private message me and we can set up a short initial consultation.
